How do I order a photo shoot?

How far in advance do I need to order?

• Generally, 2 to 3 days' notice is sufficient, and sometimes, we can even arrange a photo shoot for the same or next day.
   

When do I get the photos?

• The photos are always delivered 24 hours after the photo shoot.
   

What is the best time of day for shooting my property?

• We can make your home look great in any light. However, if you want the sun hitting the front of the house to create the best possible front exterior, morning is best for east-facing homes, and afternoon is best for west-facing homes. If ocean views are important, we recommend morning so that we can capture them without shooting into the sun.
   

What is a twilight photo shoot?

• A twilight photo shoot is recommended when dramatic photos are desired. It involves shooting the exterior photos twice, once before sunset for daytime shots, then shooting the interior, and then shooting the exterior again after sundown for jaw-dropping night photos with a deep blue sky. We start shooting 30 minutes before sunset.
   

What if it is cloudy?

• If the sky is overcast, we will use Photoshop to make it blue.
